The holiday season is always packed full of food, drink and merry making. You might have indulged a little too much over the festive period but don't worry! We've got a few tips to help your skin recover from those excesses.

After the holiday period it is common for skin to become oily and congested, which can cause breakouts.

This is because of a build up of toxins in the body, so if you want to keep your skin looking fresh and glowing, we recommend cleansing twice a day with a detoxifying cleanser such as our Refresh Cleanser, as it contains anti-inflammatory ingredients like wheatgrass and green tea. Dairy and sugar are also common causes of breakouts due to their high glycemic index (GI), so try cutting back on these goods during this time as well.
